By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions as well as my rules which are public and will be reminded as necessary.If you aren’t comfortable with the Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.By these terms of service, I am allowed to decline any requests that make me uncomfortable, breaks the posted rules, or do not align with my beliefs.Payment:
All artwork must be paid upfront 100%. Payments will be taken mainly through the Vgen or Kofi website. Prices are in USD, but will be converted to local currency if using Vgen.Work won’t begin until a payment, or the first payment is made.Revisions:Up to 2 revisions can be made during the sketching phase, after there will be a fee.
Minor changes can be made in the coloring phase of Flat/Render tier artworks.
Major changes after the sketching phase will have a fee depending on how large of a change.
There will be no revisions after delivery, unless it’s a mistake on my part.Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.General:
The client may use the final design for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. roleplay, profile pic, character sheet).
Commercial use (merch, monetized content, games, etc.) must be discussed and include an additional fee. Otherwise you may not sell any form of my art whether physical or digital.Wait patiently for your commission. Rush orders with specific deadlines or skipping the line will incur a fee. Give me 3 months from taking your request, incase any issues arise. Full refunds if not able to get to your drawing or believing I won’t be able to do your drawing can be done.I have the right to display the final artwork in my portfolio and on social media.
